- One link per IP/domain
- NO directory submittals
- All Links must be permanent (Links must be in place for a minimum of two years, with the obligation on your part to replace any lost links free of charge)
- Website  must be related to music, lyrics, guitar
- Links must be in 5 different text combinations, all will be provided to selected provider.
- Links must be listed on a PR(Google Pagerank)6 page. The website PR may be less than or more than the link page. 
- Sites must be in the English language.
- Links must contain our target anchor text.

- NO link farms, link-exchange programs, forums, guestbooks, google banned site, blackhat website, porn, political extremist, religious extremist, frame site or any illegal sites.

- No more than 20 links per page

- Link pages are static (No string parameters, session ID's etc.).- Links must be static and direct using provided anchor text and title tag.

- All links do not appear in a paid links slot such as: "sponsored" links, advertisers, links, ads or any other slot links that will show the search engines.

- No sites using dynamically generated links, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks.

- All links should be free and not paid links.

- All links must be indexable by Googlebot and may not have any page restrictions like rel="nofollow", robots.txt blocking, framed or cloaked pages, flash pages etc.

- No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable

- Links must be in text, no graphics, search engine friendly and must be manually submitted. No use of automated software (e.g. Zeus, Arelis or others)

- One way links, no reciprocal links will be accepted

- Links should not be through a JavaScript and or a redirect script.

- Link Page should be navigated from the sites homepage.

- Link pages must have been recently cached in Google (within past 30 days)

- We reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet our terms and will require you to add suitable replacement links instead.
- You will provide in excel format the Site Url, link Url, the IP Address, Google PR.
- 50% Payment will be made by Paypal once the project is completed and all links inspected.
- The rest of 50% will be paid by paypal once all links are cached by Google



Please do not waste my time if you cannot deliver the service with above conditions.
