The CSS of the whole site can be changed to any color I want,
so I can use the same website for different clients
I can change the color to Red, Green or brown etc - ie I want it to be dynamic, I can go to the style sheet and change things. This is very important
Make sure the HTML is compliant with standard else you will have to redo it, I am very picky.
