We are doing http://203.117.130.9/web/mb/RMK/index.html and need to mimic the transition as seen in first link.

Things to be done (all images provided).

1. Align Welcome to the Retail Marketing Guide ... to LEFT, same alingment as the left edge of top blue button.

2. Only first 2 icons can mouse over expand, LOCK the rest (Advertising to Showroom Standards) so no mouse over action for them.

3. For First 2, when mouse over, the expanded version does not need to be so big as currently.

4. When mouse over, ensure the rest do not "shrink", follow top URL for sample on how they expand / contract the buttons.

5. When mouse over, take note of the way the text masking works and how the grey box expands / contracts. Replicate for the one we are doing. PSD and individual images provided as FLA one is flattened.

6. show first 2 icons in colour, when mouse out status, right now they are greyed out. EVENT and REFERENCES.

7. The top menu, (in text) corresponds to the animated menu so ensure it works also. e.g. mouse over text Event on top. It will call action on the animated menu.

This needs to be done in a few hours so only bid if you can do it.

FLA will be provided to you. But we do not have the top URL's fla. only our own version's.

when you do the fla, please use english for all layer names or any symbols you use etc.

if you need to put any .as files, please keep them in Scripts folder.
