Create a Sniper Character. Something similar like this Example:

You will make the Character in 5 different poses.
1) Standing Normal 
2) Standing and aiming Target
3) Kneeling on Knee and aiming Target
4) Lying Down and aiming Target
5) Sitting Down on Buttocks and aiming target 

You will also make 1 Graphic Header measuring about 780x500px 
And also make a Graphic Footer measuring about 780 X 120px. 
Sizes may vary slightly.  
Both header and footer to contain the Sniper and text plus some Target. 

You will need to Provide PSD source files for all this on delivery.
If you will use some Royalty Graphic, you will need to 
modify it slightly so it is unique.

When bidding, please send a PM message with your one of your 
best Character designs you have done.

Require this urgently, payment terms 30% in Escrow to start.
You create character and show us > We approve it, you complete all the 
above requirements and Show all with SAMPLE MARKED Text on graphic for 
our final approval. Once we approve everything, we make the 
balance 70% to escrow, you send us all the Graphics and PSD files. 
We receive it and release your Escrow.

Bids without any of your best sample Character will not be considered.
Will choose a low bid, budget is tight.
