I need 200MB of space , for images and videos that can upload later,and I need you to tell me how to add ,in abbreviate.

I need to increase the Image thumbs count from 15 to 50 ( or become 2,3 colomns but dont damage the design) .and I can add or remove images , describe how please. 

I will provide/change all the texts-section names and images and some color changes in PSD format page + large image sizes files for you to replace/use on template.

I will provide you my rotating logo and font below it to use.

I need the finished new template works exatcly like source , for example when click on the small icons above the thumbs gallery , page changes into the correct location/page.

on home page , there is a section named Hotel Services, the name will change to Animation Reels and link most become to download link of the small size .mov  I will provide you , I need to know how to add links and mov file later.
there is no need for that link : more about us - so delete it - also privacy policy and term of use.
our gallery text will change to Latest work , and image will change to its image , I need to know how to do this time to time , Please describe in short , also im good on softwares like flash .

on about hotel , I'll change/provide everythings , your job : there is no need "read more" works at all sections and pages.

on our services : I'll change/provide texts and images.

our menu : name will change to our clients,text/image will provide , nothing else.

book a room : no need , this section most deleted.

location : name will change to Contact Us , and no need for that form.so remove that.

*also I know its not that easy to do what I said , but for a good flash designer it will takes 1 or 2 hour to make it.

*I need to know the TIme and Price for this job , I appreciate that if you tell me about  those in detail.
