Object:
We looking to Implement virtual calling card platform using, Openser, Asterisk, A2Billing, Joomla/oscommerce. The programmer need to be familiar with all these applications.We are running Voipswitch platform in windows can be used for routing or Protocol conversion of h323<->SIP.

2- Server with dual xeon process and each with 4gb RAM, Will add more if needed  

Protocol Requirements:
1. Sip
2. IAX2
3. H323 (prefer, but not necessary)

Codecs Supports:
1. G729
2. G723
3. G711
4. GSM
and Codec Transcoding is required.

Features Requirements:
1. In-network calls (one user of ours to other users of ours)
2. Asterisk Real Time and using Openser with for SIP proxy 
3. DID NUMBER Purchase billing and USE of API from DiDX, DIDWW, Voxbone
4. DID MINUTES BILLING OPTION as such number of free min month, and each additional Min Charge for Origination DID
5. Call Back (With SMS and Localaccess Number)
6. Billing Option of Certain Free min per month  to certain destination, and Unlimited minutes to certain destiantion.
7. Customer will pay us via paypal, But we net Authorized.net and Goohle Checkout also
8. Integration with ENUm such as Sipbroker etc.
9. We will have certain DID for Local access number, billing can optimized DNID 
10. Auto Refil option for customers.

But features and not limited this we need feed back from the programmer for other features

the Second part of this project is the Web Interface for Customer..
We need the A2Billing Web Interface to be integrated with Joomla or Oscommerce
the Main site shall display Visrtual card Icon and the Rate calculation with different denomation of based currencey (USD).. like  $2- 20min, $5-50min
etc and Min Billing period such 60sec and each additional billing resolution. It will be help full for programer to google with Calling card and understand the model of Biz and come up with design. I f needed I will PM the design Jpg to programmer.



Programmer must provide all the source code and no dirty code, code must be thoroughly commented. The detail documnetation of installation and configuration must be provide as well.
