I have a dummy site on www.practical-togaf.com. I would like to 

a) customize basic elements of this template such as the color of header border etc.

b) when the user clicks on the forum tab, I would like him to be taken to my phpbb forum which should be displayed within the overall template. On this forum , I would like to have placeholders for diplaying ads. These ads would be placed just below the header and also on the sides of the page
