Web template designed using javascript to handle timed and permission functions.

1st link takes you to offer 1 > blank_new_page1
2nd link takes you to offer 2 > blank_new_page2
3rd link verifies you did click offers 1 & 2

You can handle verification in 2 ways
	a. Verify link is on timer and you must have clicked on links 1 & 2 first before it is made active. Use 15 seconds after clicking last offer to make active
	b. Or link is active, but if offer 1 & 2 have not been clicked popup says "You Must Complete All Offers First"

Click "Verify" after click #1 and #2 

Verify button opens up a new page and will appear to verify clicks using a 30 second JAVA countdown timer.
When countdown is complete user clicks button to close page and the 4th link (download link) is made active.

Java script must be able to be adjusted to the number of offers listed on the page.
