I need a website with all of the functionality of a particular site but with a stylish new look and a user friendly layout. 

I need a CMS for a restaurant view site, for the following scenarios;
1. allow restaurant diner and visitor to post reviews, send message to restaurant owners, maintain and share a favorite list among friends. 
2. allow restaurant owner to edit/manage restaurant and menu information/pictures, and review messages sent by diners. 
3. a backend admin to manage submissions by diner/owners, send website updates to registered users.

Please provide 2-3 samples of previous similar work and a description of the design changes you would suggest in order to customize the style of the site to our needs.

You can customize existing CMS framework such as Drupal or start a complete new project from scratch. Please indicate that in your bid. No .Net or MS SQL Server supported. Knowledge of XML is highly preferred. Need to be able to search restaurant for “Chinese” around “102 main street, Seattle ”. Need to use static url, http rewrite. 

We have a budget of $500 & need the job to be completed as soon as possible, but no more than 30 days from the starting date. 

80% of the fee will be held in escrow & released once you have installed the site on our server. The remaining 20% will be paid once any bugs have been fixed & any design adjustments made.
