MSN Messenger SMS Add-on (MSN Messenger v6.2)

Im not to sure on compatibility with the comunication between the PC and mobile phone's via a data cable or if it is a standard?

This software would have to detect a mobile phone connected to the COM or USB port.

As shown in the image uploaded, i would like an icon on the main MSN Messenger screen, when clicked  the SMS box pops out to the left (if possible or would this be easier as a seperate window?).

The user will have the ability to Add and Remove contacts (as shown in the image).

A text area to enter their text message (up to 144 characters, also displayed in the bottom right corner of the SMS box as amount of characters/characters left).

The send to will be a drop down so the user can select their recipient.

The bottom left corner will display if there is a mobile phone connected via a data cable (connected..... Green light on / Disconnected.... Red light on).

I would like this to be an installer (setup.exe) so the user can easily install it.
